These General Terms and Conditions govern the legal relationship between you and the Hotel Scheuble. Your reservation or order confirmation serves as the basis, which you will receive by email, fax or post.
The option data shall be binding for both contract parties. The Hotel Scheuble can automatically dispose of the reserved rooms after expiration of the option period, provided that the tenant has not sent written order confirmation.
If you have reserved a room without guaranteeing your reservation using a credit card, we will keep the room free for you until 6 PM on your day of arrival.
If you have guaranteed your reservation using a credit card and you are not able/do not want to pay for the reserved services, we ask you to cancel the reservation by 4 PM at the latest on your day of arrival.
We reserve the right to demand full or partial prepayments for the reservation. For groups with a foreign account address, we ask you for your credit card number with expiry date as a guarantee.
The city tax will be charged additionally per person per night.
This is included in the price. The customer shall be liable to the Hotel Scheuble for damages and losses caused by them or guests or third parties designated by them.
Swiss law shall apply. Zurich is agreed as the place of jurisdiction.
