A little while ago, we stumbled across the old recipes of Ludwig Scheuble in the attic. So, we started to cook and bake following their instructions. Gradually, more recipes from the three descending generations were added to the collection. Whether its homemade jam or delicious sweets which our turndown butler serves as part of the evening service: we use products from the hotel’s own garden whenever possible.
